“I wanted to start my meditation journey, and a friend recommended this book. I am glad that I learned how to set up the meditation space, understanding the basics of the practice, and the importance of having no expectations. It was important for me to get clarity on these concepts, without which I would have gotten frustrated (like many of my friends do). The book is ideal for anyone who enjoys well-researched information presented clearly and concisely. I was so impressed by the writing style that I lent it to my young adult friends at home who are learning meditation in school.“
